For those of you who don’t know, we are in the process of selling our home. While we have loved every minute in this beautiful home, we always knew this was not our forever home. Next steps: we will build (again). This last process was so much fun, we thought, why not do it again. It has been a blast designing and decorating to our lifestyle. And while I do not plan to do the exact same style and vibe as this house, I still appreciate all the details that went into it.
I’ve shared my Master Bathroom, which has literally gone viral on Pinterest! Now it’s time to share the Master Bedroom. When designing this room, I knew I wanted it to be very bight and feminine. I loved the white walls and the gold accents. And while I do not plan to be as “glam” of a design in our next house, I still love it! RIP to all the furs and mirrored furtniture.

There are three favorite items I love most in my bedroom: the upholstered bed, the gold-trimmed picture frames, and the large full-length mirror. All three are so timeless and affordable. And what I love about them is that are the perfect transition pieces- so when I change things up in the next house, I will still incorporate these gorgeous pieces. No joke- they are all under $200 each and SUCH a good price for such good pieces. Tagging all below.
We are using a king sized bed with box springs and mattress. I love the nailhead detailed on the headboard- it just makes everything so classy! For the frames, we used 6 of the 11″x14″ frame that is matted to a 8″x10″ photo.
A tip for making your room look larger, add a full-length mirror and place the curtain rods at the ceiling line, making the curtains drape to the floor. It causes the eye to think the ceilings are taller than they actually are.
