Here in the Bluegrass State, we eat, sleep, and breath Derby. And it isn’t the Kentucky Derby without some good ole Derby Pie. Derby pie is similar to pecan pie, but with chocolate and bourbon added, making it sooooo much yummier! It is tradition for me to make my Derby Pie every holiday, of course during the greatest 2 minutes in sports, but also during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. I’ve been making it since I was 15 years old. And I can’t believe I am doing this, but I am sharing my SECRET recipe! So, you’re welcome.
